A safe and comfortable place to live is the starting point of people’s social activities. To address the issue of the unavailability and unaffordability of architects, our group came up with the idea of BetterBuilds. Utilizing AI technology, this website aims to resolve the conflict between residents and architects by providing homeowners with a convenient and efficient way to design their homes.

Generation Type + Address
BetterBuilds offers three types of generation:

‍1. New Template—Generate new houses based on the user's location.
2. Import Floor Plan—Generate new houses based on the imported floor plan and the user's location.
3. Import 3D Model—Generate feedback regarding safety and environmental cost based on the imported 3D model.

After selecting the desired generation type—New Template, users can enter their accurate location.
Prompt Input + House Generation
After entering the location, users can either describe the house they want to generate or select from suggested features. Then, users can click the generate button to create a house based on these descriptions.

With the site location provided, the AI will analyze its climate conditions, including solar access, wind speed, temperature, humidity, and more using its database. It will then develop design solutions based on existing building guidelines to produce sustainable and safe buildings.
Viewing Mode Toggling + Regeneration
Users can choose from the generated houses and toggle between two viewing modes: Model View, which displays only the house model, or Site View, which shows the house within its site. Users can also regenerate or adjust the provided prompt.
Construction Guidelines
Users can click on the construction guidelines to view summarized information about the house, including pollution levels, energy consumption, daylight levels, materials, and cost.
